Safe Workplace Docs (SWD) enables users to store and record Workplace safety electronic templates and turn them into pdf documents. Safe Workplace Docs provides users with several types of templates:
• Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS)
• Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
• Workplace Inspection Checklist
• Risk Assessment
• Chemical Register
• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Users can access all templates and documents created (Docs) on any phone or tablet by creating an account within the Application.
Start using Safe Workplace Docs with these simple steps:
1. Choose your desired template
2. Once you have chosen your template, fill in the fields with text or choose from drop-downs (add more fields where needed)
3. At the bottom of each template you can include name, signature fields and an automated date field to assist with recording information such as evidence of consulting requirements.
4. If you want to save your template as a Draft and come back to it later, press the Save button, otherwise once done, press the Submit button.
5. Choose from our In-app purchase options
6. Your finalised document is ready for use!
SWD mobile application stores all ‘Draft’ and ‘Finalised’ docs within the Docs folder for future use. The Docs folder allows you to:
• Store all draft and finalised templates in one area
• Multi-functions action tab for each doc created
• Delete, or archive docs
• Filter or search for docs created by name, type, date and status.
In-App Purchases:
Our In-app purchases allow the user to permanently store all ‘Finalised’ templates within a users account. Finalised .pdf documents can be accessed for future reference and new version of the previously developed template content for future use. Users can share their Finalised .pdf versions of the templates with others via email.
There are two types of payment options for In-app purchases which are:
• Pay as you go (PAYG): Pay per single finalised doc.
• Monthly Subscription: Unlimited finalised docs.
Subscriptions purchased from within the App will be charged to the customer’s iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
